Project Name - St. George’s University
Location - Grenada
Two locations each with:
5 audio volume zones to allow for small classes and reduce reverb and reflections and increase vocal intelligibility
Password control linked to power sequencer so that only authorized people can turn the system on and off
Key switched sequenced turn on and off, for all hi current items like amplifiers, also protects system during brown outs and automatically reboots system
Network based system management, all processors are network monitored for activity and fault management
CobraNet interface both systems input and output 64 assignable audio channels over eithernet
4 wireless automixing microphones using DSP algorithms following adaptive noise gate principles
Ability to stream audio content, using analog or CobraNet outs various options were made available for streaming audio
On stage fixed mic, auto sensing hypercardiod AT 900 series, always live and ready for use
Adaptive noise gating and automatic notch filtering on all open mics for aggressive feedback control and high gain before feedback
Redundant DSP failover with linked Bul80 units, seamless audio switchover if one unit should fail
Ambient noise compensation for each zone, using noise sensing mics in each zone to ensure audio content intelligibility at all times
